In the beginning …
we were a young enterprise specialising in Reliability Centred Maintenance. Although we sold software and training, we considered ourselves to be engineers.
Fast-forward 15 years …
and we have evolved into a mature, professional team of experts. We’re still focused on Asset Reliability, but now with a much bigger capability, an international client-base and a thought-leading position within our marketplace. Clearly, we are consultants. We’re delivering excellence to our customers and influencing change in our industry (and others) through our ideas and expertise. We’ve proudly outgrown our brand.
It’s time for a new approach …
to communicate to the world in a way that truly reflects our business. We’ve consulted our customers, our own people and a team of brand building specialists to develop a new, relevant brand, which we’ll be rolling out across our business over the coming months. Introducing the new us.
ARMS Reliability …
(our new business name) conveys our dedication to the discipline of Asset Reliability. It’s a broader expression of our service offering (beyond engineers) and makes the most of the acronym “ARMS” by which we are best known. To those that don’t know us or to those in other industries, it articulates our dependability and confidence.
empower / educate / equip
Our positioning statement …
encapsulates what we do and positions our business in the marketplace: We empower our clients (and their teams) through consulting advice. We educate our clients (and their teams) through relevant and well-delivered training programs. We equip our clients (and their teams) with software and enabling tools.

Our visual brand …
expresses our fresh, new approach with contemporary colours and clean, certain lines. It stamps us as professional and memorable.
An evolutionary shift
Defining the new ARMS Reliability brand has helped us define our enterprise. We’ve changed the way we think about our business, our customers and our future focus. But we haven’t changed what’s at the core of it. Our mission and our values are alive and well … they’re embodied in the essence of the brand. It’s an evolutionary (not revolutionary) shift that keeps us at the forefront of our industry and helps us connect to the people we need to. It gives us the confidence to explore new opportunities and really deliver on our promises.
So expect more of the same … then some.
